  Image process

OK-NG judgement can be done by recognizing flaws and cracks from colour image data taken with 3CCD camera.
Besides, more precise detection can be done by synchronizing pulse mode of LED black light with
3CCD camera. * Patent pending

Not only reading, recording, printing of image data and condition data but change of parameter,
shape and quality of material of detecting part can be cope up with.

  LED black light

Electricity consumption is 1/7 of usual one. LED of ultraviolet wavelength 365mm is used and
as maximum center illumination is 13mW/cm2, tiny flaws and cracks can be detected.
Besides, pulse mode is loded so that image process magnetic particle test is optimised.

  Fluorescent magnetic particle

Universal use from precise inspection to coarse material inspection. Using high brightness, colour is
bright green and good for eyes. Adding iron oxide magnetic particle for environmental conservation to
line-up with usual pure iron.

  Management of magnetic

Management of magnetic dencity leads to prevention of excess or deficiency of magnetic particle and
secured inspection. Portable magnetic dencity meter[MPS-50T] can manage the dencity only for a couple of
ten seconds when precipitation meter takes more than 30 minutes and as refuses and detached paintcoatings
are not counted, real dencity management is realized.

  Waste liquid treatment

Waste liquid treatment and complicated maitenance are unneccesary and solid-liquid separation takes only
few minutes. It helps to cope up with environmental measure without introducing a large-scale investment.
